Written by my Mum, Zoe Schwarz, and released 10 years ago, this song is heart felt and personal from her and performing it has become a comforting way of feeling close to my mum whilst on the other side of the world for an uncertain amount of time. As the penultimate album track, we strip back the elements down to Bonnie and her cello. As Bonnie’s voice starts to sound more and more like her Mum’s, she takes a very different approach to this song, one that is introspective, delicate and vulnerable.
